1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ttsmp3.org (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TTSMP3 provides a free, browser-based text-to-speech conversion tool that generates audio from text input using AI voice synthesis technology. The Service operates entirely within your web browser using client-side WebAssembly technology. No account registration is required.

3. Use License and Permitted Use

3.1 Generated Audio License

Audio files generated using TTSMP3 are provided with a full commercial use license. You may use generated audio for:

Personal projects and creative work
Commercial projects, products, and services
YouTube videos, podcasts, and social media content
eLearning courses and educational materials
Corporate presentations, ads, and marketing content
Mobile and web applications
Broadcast and streaming content
Any other lawful purpose

No attribution to TTSMP3 is required when using generated audio.

3.2 Website Content

The design, layout, text content, and code of ttsmp3.org are the intellectual property of TTSMP3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website’s own content without written permission.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate audio that constitutes harassment, hate speech, defamation, or incitement to violence
Produce deepfake audio designed to impersonate real individuals without consent, for fraudulent or malicious purposes
Create content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Generate audio intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any person or organization
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
Circumvent or interfere with the technical functioning of the website
Use automated bots or scripts to make excessive requests to the Service
Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party

TTSMP3 reserves the right to block access to users who violate these provisions.

5. Underlying AI Model and Third-Party Technology

The TTS engine powering TTSMP3 uses Kokoro-82M, an open-source AI model. The model is delivered via the kokoro-js library from jsDelivr CDN. Use of this underlying technology is subject to its respective open-source license terms. TTSMP3 makes no warranties regarding the performance, accuracy, or suitability of the underlying AI model for any particular use case.

6. Intellectual Property of Input Text

You retain full ownership of any text you input into the Service. By entering text, you grant no license to TTSMP3, as text input is processed entirely within your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any text you input, and that your use of the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
Warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of generated audio
Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements

TTSMP3 does not warrant that the website will be available at any particular time or that any errors will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TTSMP3 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
Loss of data or content
Damage to reputation or goodwill
Any damages arising from reliance on generated audio content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTSMP3 and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Any content you generate using the Service and subsequently publish or distribute

10. Service Availability and Modifications

TTSMP3 reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
Change the features, functionality, or supported languages at any time
